Maintenance Clean
- General tidying
- Sweep/mop/vacuum floors
- Dust up to 7 ft.
- Vacuum or wipe furniture
- Clean inside of microwave
- Clean & disinfect sinks/counters
- Clean appliances exteriors
- Clean & disinfect toilets, mirrors, sinks and tub/shower
- Remove cobwebs up to 9 ft.
- Make beds.
- Dust light fixtures/ceiling fans up to 9 ft.
- Take out trash/recycling and replace bags
Deep Clean
- Everything included in Maintenance Clean, with the following additional services:
- Clean blinds/shutters
- Clean interior windows and doors
- Clean baseboards
- Excessive hard water stains in bath areas
- Floor polish and/or shine (waxing not incuded)
- Dust between 7-9 ft.
- Clean behind fridge
- Clean behind washer/dryer
- Wall stains & doors
- Clean trash/recycling containers
- Clean vents
Premium Clean
- Everything included in Maintenance Clean & Deep Clean, with the following additional services:
- Clean tile grout
- Wipe insides of closet shelves
- Clean exterior windows up to 9 ft.
- Wash curtains
- Clean door/window jams
- Interior oven clean
- Inside of light fixtures
- Interior fridge clean
Ask about à la carte items, such as: garage cleaning, loading/unloading dishwasher, picking up dog waste in the back yard, pantry organization and disposal of expired items, automobile detailing, etc.
